You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting the Platform administrator. However, you acknowledge that transactional and event-related communications are essential to your participation and cannot be opted out of while you remain registered for active events.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, USSSA, event directors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your participation in events, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.
The Platform may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections related to liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
